Straight answers
What does it cost to get started?
Nothing. A quote appears on your dashboard, and no card is asked for until you press pay.
What am I charged when I pay?
One Stripe checkout: the build fee, plus the first period of your care plan on the same invoice.
Can I cancel the care plan?
After the first 12 months, with 30 days notice. Your site stays up until the end of the period you paid for, and the domain stays yours.
Do I need a domain already?
No. If you have one, we point it at the new site. If not, we help you register one in your own name.
What if my site needs to be bigger?
Then it is a higher tier - Multi-Page or Full Build rather than Standard. Say so when we talk and it goes in the quote.
Who do I talk to when something breaks?
Me, directly - the same person who built it. Uptime monitoring means I have usually seen it first.
Is my card safe?
Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch this site.
